Very positive experience with Ai Zen. I was looking for someplace that would approach my care with attention to detail and a focus on my unique challenges - and Ai Zen has done that exactly. I would not describe this as a "massage place" but rather as a massage clinic. What I was looking for was treatment for my back and hip issues which have been causing me serious pain and impacting my mobility - and I have been getting treatment here in a very effective way.

Amazing, just AMAZING!!! So incredibly thrilled with my first ever massage session! I was hesitant due to my intense soreness/injury, but Britni is so wonderful!! I had an exceptional experience here, from my first phone call & appt setup, to the appt itself, to the checkout process and further appts… all just wonderful interactions with staff and a wonderful experience! Very professional service, professional environment, I’m beyond thrilled and am excited to begin a long term relationship with this business in an effort to better care for myself!Thank you Britni and the staff!!

I went there today and it was the best massage I have ever had (by Karen). I will definitely be going back ☺️ I let her know what I needed worked on, my shoulders and she went above and beyond, I didn't want the massage to end.
