They arrived on time and took out stains. Jose is friendly and carpets look great! There were a few spills, including red wine and coffee, and they are gone. He also gave good advice on caring for carpets.
Jose with Portland NW Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my three-bedroom house at a great price! My pup had a few accidents, and he was able to remove the pet stains and odor. The carpets look and smell so much better! Jose was super friendly and communicated clearly throughout the process. I’m so happy with the results and highly recommend him!
We’ve used Portland NW Carpet Cleaning 3 times now at our apartment. They always do an amazing job. Our big pup makes it hard to keep the light colored carpet clean, especially in the wet months, but after a cleaning from this place, it basically looks new again. They also do a wonderful job on upholstery.
Highly recommend Jose!
