Mickey Warner is one of the finest tattoo artists in the state. He can transform an idea or concept into artistic masterpiece. It works best if you give him something to work with and let him take it from there. He does his research and loves to learn about the culture of the subject before he cultivates ideas for his art. Ive learned to trust his precision and accuracy, because the guy doesn’t miss the smallest detail. He does what does what others can’t and he’s worth every penny.Service: Tattoos

This guy is my favorite! He's so professional and really great quality so much that I brought my best friend and we have both gotten two tattoos from him. My son will be 18 next month and this is where I want take him to get his first tattoo. I highly recommend this guy and will be getting any future tattoos from him.

Went in for a consultation so glad I found this shop. Check out other shops around the Portland area not even close to what Mickey can do. Booked a lower leg tat can't wait. Very professional, courteous and understanding. Will post completion when done. Thanks Mickey
