We love Abbeys floors. We have used them twice now it’s been above and beyond fantastic experience. They always answer their phone, answer all your questions and concerns without trouble. They are also very personable and remember you from past jobs. Jayc has been helping us both times we have used their business and I don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service. When we renovate our kitchen, we will definitely be going through them as well. Absolutely recommend them for any of your flooring needs!
I recently had Abbey Carpets and Floors replace my family room carpet and re-stretch carpet in various rooms. I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole buying process, new carpet installation and appearance of the re-stretched carpet. I worked directly with Jayc Robbins who provided exceptional service. At an onsite visit he was friendly, professional, and listened carefully to the work I wanted performed and upon a walkthrough and inspection of all area's we discussed options and he made several recommendations to consider in preparation for the project.
