We needed to replace our AC unit, got a heat pump since there's a govt rebate and it's more efficient and it also heats the house. Got a deal we were happy with, Luke P was great - gave us all the info we needed, answered all our questions, was prompt and receptive to our calls. Reliance has payment plans available and a warranty that is way better than other companies, which was what sold us ultimately since they were not actually the cheapest. (You get what you pay for! Watch out for scammers, I realized there are a lot of them out there trying to cut corners!)Got the heat pump installed within a week, and very happy with it so far.
Bobo came and fixed our issue within minutes. He is a knowledgeable plumber and very pleasant to talk to. We are very pleased with his services. He has been here before and has always resolved our issues.
