Inhome Comfort Inc dispatched a technician to my home to investigate an issue with my furnace which was not functioning. Sam was my assigned technician and he was amazing. He arrived promptly within the scheduled service window and upon arrival, he was very polite and professional in his manner. After running diagnostics, he was able to confidently identify and fix the problem with the furnace. He showed and explained to me what was done. The furnace is now running great and sounds better than before.
