“Crew was on time and friendly and worked very well. They were very respectful of my house and my 4 cats to ensure they didn't get out. They showed me before and after pictures. Very very satisfied. They also found the ac coils above my furnace were dirty and offered to clean it and showed me proof of the service. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants this done“

“Once again Reliance did not disappoint. Woke up at 4am to water running and went to investigate. Hot water leaking, fantastic!
So shut off valve to the tank, unplug the vacuum fan, and called Reliance. Service went through what to do and book us an appointment with a technician for later in the morning. At 10:15am our technician Doug Glover was at our door. From the moment he walked in, until the job was done, he was a complete gentleman. Very polite and proficient in his trade. He walked us through what he going to do and what was needed for the task at hand. He was very detail oriented and kept a very clean and neat work area. He made sure to lay all the necessary mats over our carpeting to keep it from getting wet or stained. He removed the broken down water tank and replaced it with a new, better one. Even at the face of some adversity he managed to work through it all with the highest level of professionalism. Doug was great. I recommend him for all Reliance service needs. You can tell he loves what he does and loves helping people. Customer service at its finest. We were very lucky to get Doug as our technician, he also left his cell number with us in case we had any issues after he left. Really above and beyond the call.
Reliance is very lucky to have an employee like Doug working for them. He is a great representative for their brand.
As you can tell from my review, we really liked Doug as well, 5*.
