Durham Steam Cleaning is fantastic!!! Really great job, i would definitely recommend them and go back when needing another carpet cleaning. The way they approach it is different than others I've seen. They prep, kind of like rake the carpet and edges to get any junk loose, then vacuum, then clean and whatever other techniques they use. We had an excellent experience with Ontario Duct Cleaning! Mike was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As soon as he arrived, he greeted us with a big smile, explained the entire cleaning process clearly, and made us feel comfortable right away.
What really stood out was how considerate he was. We have dogs and cats, and he was very careful to keep the door as closed as possible to make sure our cats didn't get outside. That level of attention and care meant a lot to us.
The quality of his work was outstanding. We could immediately notice the difference after the cleaning. Our dog suffers from a dust allergy and had been constantly scratching his ears. Amazingly, he almost immediately stopped scratching after the ducts were cleaned and A/C was turned on again.

AMAZING experience. It was my first time ever doing any type of treatment and the ladies are SO nice and accommodating. Good first time experience. Pedicure chair was a bit uncomfortable the massage knobs were pressing into my back even being off and the employees talked a lot so sometimes difficult to relax but my pedicure was great feet look and feel fantastic. Would go back when feet need some more TLC.

The team at Patti-Lynn's are wonderful. Being a timid home decorator, I needed a lot of support and advice. It all began with the fantastic assistance of Ellen Brillinger, one of the interior design consultants at Patti-Lynn's. If it weren't for Ellen, I probably would still be trying to figure out what I wanted to do, within the budget I had! With Ellen's help, we have replaced all the carpeting on the second floor, put down vinyl flooring in my office space, and laid engineered hardwood on the main floor (over three years). Every one of the installers who have come into my home are incredible - meticulous, professional and concerned about doing a quality job. When there was a small glitch after my engineered hardwood installation, the team was back within 30 minutes of my SOS phone call, and worked diligently to fix the problem. We have been dealing with Greg and his team since back in 2007 when we first did a major renovation in our back yard and installed an inground pool. We had them back again this year to basically totally redo the landscaping in our front yard, walkway and driveway. Working with Greg and his design person we reviewed several proposed plans and agreed on a design we liked. Greg and the great team of craftsmen then quickly erased what was there and then proceeded to create the new design and layout for the front yard. Working again with Greg we picked out various plants/etc and they planted and completed the project. We love our new front yard look and have had numerous compliments from neighbours and people just walking down our street. Once again thanks to Greg, Braden, Josie and Dwayne for a great job!
