“Have always come to this location for my cats exams and other needs. Any vets will be quite pricey in Toronto, the most important thing is how well they care for your pet and how you feel from the appointment and after. We have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Pusong and Dr.Stewart, my cat is a highly anxious cat but with prescribed gabapentin it is much more manageable but they always approached my cat with ease and care. We've also come here with my cat without calming medicine and it was good experience as well. Will be coming back again.“

“We have been talking our dog Loki, to Annex Animal Hospital on Bathurst Street now for about 3-4 years and just can't say enough about the friendly staff/customer service and the Vets that provide excellent care to our beloved Loki. Recently I took Loki in for severe dry skin and Dr. Jordy was very thorough in his examination and came up with a treatment plan for us to implement at home for our dog. I would recommend Annex Animal Hospital to anyone with their furry friends.“

“I've only visited this vet once so far for my cats' annual checkups, and that experience was good; The vet was professional and made good suggestions for improving their quality of life and avoiding repeats of past health issues.

Where I'm really grateful is how they handle questions that I'm not sure about. They're always willing to look at photos via email, and will get one of the medical staff to follow up with recommendations. Including whether or not the current situation warrants a visit. It saves everyone time, and leaves appointments for the animals who really need them. It's a really great system.

They're a little more expensive than other vets in the area, as of late 2025 when I checked, but absolutely worth it in my opinion. Thanks again Jane Animal Hospital!“
