I've only visited this vet once so far for my cats' annual checkups, and that experience was good; The vet was professional and made good suggestions for improving their quality of life and avoiding repeats of past health issues.

Where I'm really grateful is how they handle questions that I'm not sure about. They're always willing to look at photos via email, and will get one of the medical staff to follow up with recommendations. Including whether or not the current situation warrants a visit. It saves everyone time, and leaves appointments for the animals who really need them. It's a really great system.

I brought my cat to see Dr. Rachael for check-up and vaccination today. Kitty attended under protest. She has a strong personality, and she made sure everyone in the room knew it. Dr. Rachael was completely unfazed by Kitty’s dramatic performance - calm, patient, and incredibly professional throughout. She was thorough and answered all my questions, making me feel confident about her health. She focused on what mattered, not on what costs more - and I truly appreciate that. Highly recommended the clinic and Dr. Rachael ! ❤️

We have used the Jane Animal Hospital for several cats and a variety of services over several decades. We continue to be happy with their service, facilities, and convenience. The original owners and staff were consistently outstanding during the 1990s and 2000s. Then the ownership and staff changed around the time of the COVID pandemic—like many services for pets. The clinic is seemingly now operated by a corporation in conjunction with Richview Hospital (about 10 minutes drive north, and perhaps other facilities?) rather than as an independent business.
