We had a really positive experience with Yonge Street Animal Hospital while getting our cat assessed for some dental issues. The vet took the time to thoroughly examine him, explain what they found, and walk us through what to expect with his upcoming dental procedure and potential extractions.

We have consistently had an excellent experience with Dr. Eisen and the entire team at Yonge Street Animal Hospital. Beyond the quality of their veterinary care, their customer service is exceptional.
The staff regularly help us with our pet insurance claims and make the process much easier. When our insurance provider denied coverage, Dr. Eisen and the team promptly prepared a detailed technical letter containing everything we needed to appeal the decision. Their responsiveness and willingness to support us went far beyond what we expected.

Great!! Since reception all the girls were so kind, and the Dr Bastos really good! Solve all the dudes and very kind too! We change for this clinic because we found Dr Bastos (Portuguese speaking) that is a great idea and for the good reviews! Thank you for all!
We ll miss dr Bastos, new dr doesn’t know my dog well after a lot of things donee in the clinic, and doesn’t touched him to examination or application of medication.
