155 Main St, Toronto“Wow!!! My giant dog is a big anxious baby who broke her crate trying to escape me cutting her nails. I spoke to this groomer. Explained how she’s a big baby. Showed up and the groomer had ZERO fear of my girl got her on the table and didn’t even ask to muzzle her. She had her nails clipped and happily walked home with her special good girl treat she got from them. Thank you soooo much. Fluffy and I are so grateful“

Today was his second time going and there was no problems when we arrived he clearly has no problem with staff and there was no reluctance to go upstairs with staff. I recommend this place to all my family and friends and acquaintances at the dog park who need their Dogs groomed or deshedded or a bath.“

5887 Leslie St, North York“After trying so many different grooming salons for my dogs, I can honestly say I’ve finally found the right one! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the salon is spotless, cozy, and has a relaxing atmosphere for both pets and their owners.
There is plenty of parking, which makes drop-off and pick-up so easy. My dogs received a full grooming, and their haircuts turned out absolutely beautiful—exactly what I was hoping for. You can really tell they care about the quality of their work and treat every dog with love and patience.
On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable for the excellent service they provide. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be bringing my dogs back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a caring and professional grooming salon! 🐾💕“

I like that during daycare days they take them out for walks also! My dog is also obsessed with their farm up north which she goes to for both day camp and boarding. We use their shuttle regularly and the booking system is easy to use. You won’t find a more caring team than the team at Woof!“

There's definitely some changes with new ownership but from our experience they’ve been for the better, we are both big fans thanks dog sense team! :D“

2646 Danforth Ave, Toronto“I recently brought my stubborn Olde English Bulldogge (Ripley♥) to Metro Animal Hospital for a check-up, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care and service we received. As the owner of a non-aggressive but reactive dog, veterinary visits can often be stressful and unpredictable. The entire team went above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable as possible for both of us.
The veterinary staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to work at my dog’s pace, without rushing her or making her feel overwhelmed. Their calm and understanding approach helped ease her anxiety and allowed the examination to be completed with minimal stress. It was clear that they genuinely cared about her well-being and were experienced in handling dogs with unique behavioral challenges.
I was equally impressed by the administrative staff. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and exceptionally kind. They treated both my dog and me with compassion and respect, making what could have been a difficult visit feel much more manageable. Their professionalism, excellent communication, and genuine concern for their clients truly stood out.
With a dog like our Ripley, finding a veterinary team that is both highly skilled and compassionate has historically been difficult; Metro Animal Hospital has clearly built a culture centered around exceptional patient care and client service. I am very grateful for the patience, kindness, and professionalism shown to my dog, and I would highly recommend Metro Animal Hospital to anyone.“

739 Bloor St W, Toronto“Dr. Allen and the lovely team at the Toronto Cat Clinic are the most kind, understanding, professional, and reassuring people I have ever met at a vet clinic or any care center ever. The entire team is extremely thoughtful, judgement-free, and they make sure to explain every step and cost of the process before anything is done and treat every case with such compassion.
I had to go in for a very difficult appointment today, and I was an absolute emotional mess the entire time, but the team made sure myself and my sweet boy were both so well taken care of. I appreciate everything they do and would trust and endorse their clinic wholeheartedly. They made a very difficult day, something truly special, and I am very grateful for their time and efforts.“
