From the day we brought our Yorkie, Lamonte, home, they have treated him as if he were one of their own. Every visit has been met with kindness, compassion, patience, and genuine love. Knowing that our pets are in the hands of people who truly care brings us so much comfort. They are attentive, incredibly thorough, and always take the time to explain everything, ensuring we understand every step of our pet’s care. They consistently go above and beyond to give every animal the best possible chance, and that level of dedication is something you don’t find everywhere.

This clinic has also been there for our family through some of the hardest moments. They cared for our beloved dog, Bentley, throughout his life and treated him with incredible dignity, compassion, and love during his final days. Their kindness during such a heartbreaking time is something we will never forget.

They also cared for our sweet bunny, Billie Jean, with the same level of compassion and dedication. Every member of the team made him feel loved and did everything they possibly could to provide him with exceptional care.

Most recently, when Lamonte suffered a traumatic dog attack and required emergency surgery, this team acted quickly and gave him the care that ultimately saved his life. We will be forever grateful for their skill, urgency, and unwavering compassion during one of the most frightening experiences we’ve ever faced.

The entire staff from the veterinarians to the technicians and reception team are truly exceptional. You can see how much they genuinely love animals, and they treat every pet and every family with empathy, respect, and kindness.

I recommend this clinic to everyone I know. I constantly tell friends, family, and neighbours that there is simply no better place to trust with your pets. I would never take my animals anywhere else.

“I was in need of urgent care for my 7 year old fur baby and decided to walk in. I saw Cawthorpe every time I drove by on Cawthra. I’m so happy I did. The clinic is cozy, nothing glamorous and over priced—very happy about that. The Vet, his Assistant and the Associate at the front were all so kind and patient with both my pet and with me.
