My Labradoodle and I were referred to the Metro Animal Hospital to get his post-surgery staples removed. We showed up pretty wet because it started to rain while we were walking there. Amy (the vet tech) warmly greeted us with 2 towels to dry off. My dog, exhausted from our walk, laid on the floor. He wouldn't budge. So Amy laid down next to him, moved him a little to his side, and carefully removed the staples. She made him feel comfortable and safe when she met him where he was at: laying on the ground. I was touched to observe this type of treatment for my dog. I wasn't expecting this. She patiently removed about 15-20 staples, while rewarding him with treats for good...read full review

We have been coming here for almost two years now and have only ever had good experiences. The vet techs are always so sweet, the prices are fair and our dog always gets treated with care from the vets. Highly recommend!
