“Wow!!! My giant dog is a big anxious baby who broke her crate trying to escape me cutting her nails. I spoke to this groomer. Explained how she’s a big baby. Showed up and the groomer had ZERO fear of my girl got her on the table and didn’t even ask to muzzle her. Today was his second time going and there was no problems when we arrived he clearly has no problem with staff and there was no reluctance to go upstairs with staff. Not being in Toronto makes the free shipping great but with the exchange for the right product. That made an issue. Nope. Not with wooftown. They drove themselves down and brought the right product. Come on!!

“After trying so many different grooming salons for my dogs, I can honestly say I’ve finally found the right one! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the salon is spotless, cozy, and has a relaxing atmosphere for both pets and their owners.

There is plenty of parking, which makes drop-off and pick-up so easy. My dogs received a full grooming, and their haircuts turned out absolutely beautiful—exactly what I was hoping for. You can really tell they care about the quality of their work and treat every dog with love and patience.

On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable for the excellent service they provide. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be bringing my dogs back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a caring and professional grooming salon! 🐾💕“

“My dog has been going to woof for daycare, grooming and boarding for over 7+ years. They’re very well-operated, organized and professional. I like that during daycare days they take them out for walks also! My dog is also obsessed with their farm up north which she goes to for both day camp and boarding. We use their shuttle regularly and the booking system is easy to use. You won’t find a more caring team than the team at Woof!“

“This location is spacious and has lots of stuff. Yet, there is always something wrong with self wash station. The blow dryers does not attached properly, the hoses are leaking, the drainages get stuck. Employees are very accommodating and helpful. The self wash stations just need a little bit of investment to fix blow dryers and water supply. The rest is great!“
