Everyone there is always so helpful and caring, and the doctors take the time to explain everything clearly. They have a great way of putting both us and our cat at ease, even when we’re worried. Knowing that he’s in such capable and caring hands gives us so much peace of mind, and we’re very grateful for the care he receives.
Dr. Kim was really good with my cat Marshal. Marshal normally gets stressed at the vet but got along pretty well with Dr. Kim, who had excellent bedside manner and obvious experience.
We have been going to Bay Cat and Dog Hospital for a couple of years now. They’ve been attentive, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive to all of our pets. Dr. Kim, Sam, front desk & techs, we are truly grateful for you!!
