The whole team is incredible, I see Paul and Matt Walker, they are two amazing people that know how to handle your pets with care, help you understand everything they’re doing, help with easing your mind. I’ve seen other vets in emergency situations and I always find myself contacting these two because I trust them the most. They will be truthful and honest with you and they will not push something that wasn’t 100% needed. They treat you and your pets like they are their own family and I love and respect that. A special shout out to ALL of the wonderful staff in the front for always making us feel welcome and cared for. “I visited Dr. Mann today through a friend’s recommendation because my dog has a serious ear infection. First, I have to say she is excellent with even aggressive dogs like mine. Her staff is also very professional and, in my experience more attentive than some male doctors I’ve visited at other clinics.

Secondly, when it comes to pricing, I really appreciate that she doesn’t charge for unnecessary treatments and only recommends what is truly required. She treated my dog very well, and I’m hopeful he will recover soon.“

“We were referred for Orthopedic consultation and surgery for our 2 year old Frenchie. The premises are easily accessible, clean and well maintained but what truly stands out is the people. The receptionist, vet techs and veterinarians were outstanding in their approach, caring and compassion. We received regular telephone updates through surgery and afterwards which really helped to alleviate our concerns. We also received emailed reports with more clinical detail and instructions. Finally, teaching and more teaching which helped us feel more confident in caring for our girl after surgery. Thank you to this most wonderful team!“

“My dog needed heart care food which had vanished from my usual vet's website where he orders food, when i asked them, they didn't know why. I called many other animal hospitals asking for answers to see if anyone carried that food and some of them said they couldn't help me because i wasn't their client. When i called this hospital, the receptionist Jillian immediately did her best to find out what had happened. Not only did she manage to find out the food i wanted was discontinued but she also helped me with what food to give my dog instead. I really appreciated her help and was so thankful i could order another food for my dog. Thank you Jillian! You are amazing!“

“10/10 experience with Dr. Silveira.

We took our 4-year-old small girl to Dr. Silveira for the very first time, and it was such a pleasant experience for my partner, me, and most importantly, our dog. She is adopted and, due to her past, she is quite anxious and fearful.

Dr. Silveira is the first vet we’ve encountered who took the extra, extra time to comfort our girl before anything else. Our girl’s mood remained stable and not as nervous because Dr. Silveira and this clinic uses a “fear-free” method. Dr. Silveira did not coerce or “pin down” the animal; instead, she worked around our girl’s boundaries. We saw it with our own eyes, and it made a world of difference in our girl’s comfort level, who is currently napping away peacefully :)

I also appreciated how detailed Dr. Silveira’s notes are (compared to our last vet who barely wrote anything after a visit). Front reception was super kind and attentive too!

Despite the 45-minute to 1-hour drive, the exceptional tender care, professionalism and expertise we receive are more than worth the traffic. We would do anything for our girl and are just incredibly happy we found the perfect match.
