“Laird is an excellent and trustworthy company. The technician, Mack Wideman, sent a text about his arrival time and arrived punctually. He came out to check on an unusual smell that I noticed from a recently installed furnace and humidifier that had been installed by another company. He thoroughly inspected all of the parts of the furnace as well as the humidifier and air filter. He was able to reassure me that the work had been completed properly and that the furnace was running properly. The plastic casing on the Aprilaire humidifier seems to be the issue when it gets very hot. Mack was a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and personable and he took the time to complete the job properly which is something few people do! I will be using Laird and Son for all of our future heating and air conditioning needs. Highly recommend.“
