With all the horror stories we hear about HVAC contractors, we were very fortunate to have found Air Treatment Climate Care. We had our 20 year old furnace and hot water tank replaced as well as adding a new heat pump. Denise, Derek and Christopher did a phenomenal job and delivered everything as promised. They were very thorough in taking the time to explain the work that was needed, did a clean job without leaving any debris or damage behind, and more importantly, did a very professional installation of the equipments without giving us any stress. We are very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend them. Thank you!

A great team! Denise came in to take a look and offer some solutions and a few days later Derek and Chris came in to complete the work. Derek and Chris were great, explained everything and had everything cleaned up when they left.

These guys are pros from top to bottom. The BEST customer service (Candace S. and Dave W) on the coldest and snowiest evening of the winter so far, and of course, after hours! Candace goes beyond the call of duty and gets right in your emergency with you and stays connected until full resolution. Dave diagnosed the issue, and got us the part and installation in record time, keeping us from the cold. I am so grateful to know there are still amazing people out there who take so much pride in their jobs and deliver the absolute best service and products. Thanks team!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
