Steve was SO helpful when he came to assess what to do with our leaking hot water heater suggesting a full range of options. He also was able to diagnose a venting issue that just emerged the day of his first visit. He suggested a contractor who could address it quickly and when the appointment for that was made for the next day was able to come in that same day to install a new hot water heater. He also checked after the installation to see that all was well which I really appreciated. In June, Cedarwood replaced our 10.5 year old Lennox central AC unit that had lost coolant and wasn't cooling our house in Ajax well at all. We are now enjoying much cooler and comfortable indoor temps. as well as a noticeably quieter fan unit in our backyard!! (that was a nice bonus which we hadn't expected) With Steve's assistance, advice, and explanations, the whole process was very quick, smooth, and painless.
