“They installed a new HVAC unit for me last year and promised a warranty. When the system stopped working only a few months later, they refused to honor the warranty and said the problem was “not covered.” Now they want to charge me again for repairs. This feels like a scam. If a company can’t stand behind their work, they shouldn’t be in business.“
