“We contacted Mr. Vaibhav from GLORS Heating & Air Conditioning Inc last week when our A/C started having some cooling issues. He was quick to reply and setup an appointment on the same day to inspect the unit. We were given clear details on root cause and available options on repair or replacement. Given our A/C and Furnace units were 20+ years old, we decided to proceed with the replacement with some modification to our filter size. During this process, Mr. Vaibhav was very professional and patiently provided answers to many of our questions related to the size/type of the units that are best fit for our home instead of overselling anything. He cleaned both supply and return air ducts separately and cleaned vents from each floor in the right sequence to yield maximum effectiveness. We've had recurring issues with a hot water heater (inconsistent temperatures) and they've been responsive throughout the entire process. At first, it was our hot water controller that failed and then it was our mixing valve.
