Clarence is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. He understood how my HVAC system works from the jump and helped me by diagnosing the issue and narrowing down a root cause. When parts were faulty or required replacement, he was able to provide sources with competitive prices. In addition to all that, he's kind, patient, methodical and thorough with his work. Service like this is hard to come by and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest HVAC professional who knows his stuff.
Clarence not only helped me through understanding the scope of my issues but also offered kind and honest solutions for the HVAC issues I was facing.
Clarence has restored my belief in stewardship and pride in my home, he is a great guy and great at what he does.
My condo AC stopped working and I gave Clarence a call. Even though he was already on his way to another job, he took the time to walk me through a few potential issues and some basic troubleshooting steps. Honestly wasn't expecting that, and it was hugely appreciated. Service like this is tough to come by these days. I'd recommend him any day of the week.
