Laird is an excellent and trustworthy company. The technician, Mack Wideman, sent a text about his arrival time and arrived punctually. He came out to check on an unusual smell that I noticed from a recently installed furnace and humidifier that had been installed by another company. He thoroughly inspected all of the parts of the furnace as well as the humidifier and air filter. He was able to reassure me that the work had been completed properly and that the furnace was running properly. The plastic casing on the Aprilaire humidifier seems to be the issue when it gets very hot. Mack was a pleasure to deal with. Just had a furnace installed. They were friendly and efficient. This is the second time I’ve used Laird. The last time I bought air conditioning units. Same great experience. Highly recommend.
