Farzad completed the install of a Rinnai RXP160i tankless water heater. The install was very smooth and professional and the inclusion of a recirculation valve at our kitchen sink has provided immediate hot water. I definitely recommend them.
Found this company through a simple Google search when looking for a tankless HWT in a last minute emergency situation. Took a chance and was pleasantly surprised with how great they are. Dealt with Tommy, who was very helpful, understood the urgency and got everything quoted and set up right away. The quote for a Rinnai tankless unit was very reasonable, setup/installation happened quickly and professionally. Was nervous to just find something off the internet, but for once, found a company in this field of work that actually does a good work. Will be recommending to friends and family.
Had my install last week and the service has been quite excellent. Tommy the sales rep answered all my questions very promptly and was able to make quick arrangements for an install when I was without heat. Rey the onsite manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had an issue with thermostat compatibility and both contacts followed up to make sure I was all good. Great price and service. So far it feels like an excellent choice.
