Mat came over very quickly, within an hour of me reaching out to Royal Plumbing, as we had a sewer main backup in our basement that luckily I caught ( before it got to the actual floor level ) and would have became a major sanitation emergency issue.
He was very quick, friendly, a hard worker ( I found out we have a few things in common which was neat ), honest, and clearly explained what the next steps of what needs to be done. We got a snaking and camera inspection done, and tree roots were the culprit. In the spring, I will be likely getting a proper clean-out access installed on the line, and will very likely call them again when I'm ready.
I contacted Royal Plumbing based on their hundreds of positive Google reviews, and I’m very happy to add another well-deserved 5-stars to the list. Matthew and Christian were excellent to work with…professional, punctual, and did a fantastic job. Not only that, they are super friendly to talk to, explained the (large, complicated) job top to bottom and completed everything on time... With no mess left behind. I highly recommend hiring Royal Plumbing. Thank you so much!

Royal Plumbing Vaughan upgraded our commercial kitchen with a heavy-duty floor sink and indirect waste drop for our walk-in cooler. Everything was installed strictly to local health code standards.
