“We had this company remove our oil furnace and replace it with a Mitsubishi Cold Climate Heat Pump in 2022. We approached JC Indoor because we heard that the Mitsubishi system was the best available in Canada and that it can function all year in our climate. John Ciotti impressed us with his knowledge, experience, and relationship with Mitsubishi. He was very patient as we had to wait over 6 months for Hydro to upgrade our electrical panel. His crew arrived very soon after that was done. They, including John's son and Paul, were very efficient and clearly very experienced.
