“I have a reliance membership and was calling for weeks trying to get an appointment moved up as I was aware there was an issue will AC/ furnace blower. Then this week found a huge puddle in my furnace room and AC stopped working. I have a newborn and it was plus 30 degrees. “Working with Mike and the Home Air Systems team has been great. We've had recurring issues with a hot water heater (inconsistent temperatures) and they've been responsive throughout the entire process. At first, it was our hot water controller that failed and then it was our mixing valve.
