“AsBuilt replaced an old furnace/AC with a new HeatPump and backup furnace. For the install (Jan), they were in/out in 2 days. Workmanship was excellent and so was the housekeeping. Answered all my questions even followed up on the additional ones. The Unit has been working great so far (about 3 wks). Highly recommend them.“

“I generally don't write reviews but I really felt like I wanted to this time. Renato and his team at Alpine Air were amazing. We have called him a few times in the past for small issues and he has always been professional and extremely helpful. This time I called him on a cold Saturday because our furnace wasn't working. He came to our house the same day to inspect it and gave me my options, including repair. He explained everything very clearly and didn't push us one way or the other. We decided to replace the furnace. He let us borrow a few space heaters to get us through the weekend and came promptly on Monday morning to replace the furnace. He even checked in with us on the Sunday to see if we were ok and warm enough. When they came to replace the furnace they went above and beyond. They wore booties to protect our floors and laid down runners and sheets. They brought everything up to code and also took the extra care to vent the intake pipe to the outside of the house. They also piped all the water oulet tubing together using a better option that is not only much nicer looking at but will also prevent the clogged tubes we used to have. I highly doubt another company would take as much care and consideration. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALPINE AIR!!!Services: Heating system repair“

“I have a reliance membership and was calling for weeks trying to get an appointment moved up as I was aware there was an issue will AC/ furnace blower. Then this week found a huge puddle in my furnace room and AC stopped working. I have a newborn and it was plus 30 degrees. Called reliance and other company's to help in a timely fashion as it was so hot and even though I can cope with the heat my newborn was at risk. I kept getting the run around with customer service with reliance and others companies giving delays. However HVAC comfort answered the phone late in the evening 10pm after spending hours calling around desperate for help. The heat was not helping with my frustrations. Frantz was there within 30mins diagnosed the issue. Fully transparent, gave me all my options and did not pressure me. Made my family feel valued and was very affordable. Trusted his experience and guidance. Next day ordered and received what I needed then had the job done right away. I couldn't be happier and now my home is cool from the heatwaves. “I called on a Saturday and had the best tech come out and fix my AC. I was so happy because he was able to fix it for me right away. The other tech came out Sunday evening and took care of the issue with my furnace, which needed some parts replaced, including sensors, fans and new controls. Both were great and the job was done on the same day“
