Boonstra replaced my furnace. My experience with them was extremely good. From the first time I called them for a service call they were quick, helpful and free-of-charge on 2 quick calls. I knew I would need a new furnace so I called them this spring.I was quoted for a new furnace and Jay set me up with the right furnace and super deal and the installation team led by Joe were professional and quick. My furnace and hot water tank went in fast and the old oil tank, furnaces and water heater disappeared without any fuss.I highly recommend Boonstra for your home comfort needs.
The job was done very professionally, the guys got right on with the various tasks and worked quickly and efficiently. Checked in with us a few times about various preferences and took whatever time was needed to explain about decisions etc. We really had the sense that they knew what they were doing. We would have had no problem going out and leaving them full access to house. Beautiful workmanship, plus they left everything very tidy. Definitely recommend Boonstra.
We had our ducts Cleaned with Boonstra, on time, very professional. Worked efficiently keeping me posted what they were doing every step of the way. They even let me see what awful stuff they sucked out from our duct work. Will definitely be calling them again in another 4 years to have them cleaned again!
