Connor and his coworker were quick and efficient. They clearly explained the work that was to be done, and also made helpful recommendations for our maintenance routine. It's hard to find companies that understand the complex Mitsubishi models we have (ductless interior units with exterior heat pump/condenser) so I'm grateful they knew what they were doing.
