Phoned aplusair last night at 9:30 pm and left a message. Someone phoned back right away after 10 minutes. This morning at 8am they fixed my furnace issues in Welland. Special thanks to Callum for doing an excellent job and travelled all the way to Welland on early Saturday morning. He’s very professional, courteous and helpful.

I requested a quote for a new furnace and air conditioner on line. Matthew responded within one business day. He was thorough in taking the required measurements, took the time to explain everything and provided a detailed quote and followed up.Will, Yaniel, and Jordan installed the furnace and a/c over two days. Will explained the operation of the furnace, humidifier and thermostat clearly and pointed out the holes in the heat exchanger on my old furnace.I am pleased with my new equipment and service.Services: Heating system installation
