Reviews
Just had a service call with Nelson from Shipton's. Just before he arrived, I received an email with his name and his photo so that I would know who to expect at my door. Nice touch. A real professional. Very friendly. Answered my questions. Received good advice on the system (mine is radiant heat so there's a bunch of rads in the house). I know their name from the ads I've seen on TV. They're a long term local family business located on Kenilworth Avenue. They're everything they say they are. Shipton's will be doing my annual service call going forward.
William, my technician did an amazing job, made suggestions and explained things very well which I really appreciated. He was neat, tidy and very efficient.
