Our Technician was extremely knowledgeable, polite, well spoken and overall, just very professional with his visit to us today. He came to just do a service on our Water Heater and ensure all was working with no issues. He was thorough in his check and explanation of how things were working. He was a very nice fellow, and our service was wonderful.
Prompt and knowledgeable service representative, Tylor. Drained and fixed the sediment and resolved the issue but suggested I replace this water heater in the near future because it’s 15 years old.
