Very Good Technician appointments over the 2 days , were able to diagnose the issue , order parts and on the second day our technician came and problem solved a deeper repair and replaced worn and or broken part. Really appreciate the technicians as both days it was very hot outside.
I had a great experience with Greg the technician who came out to service my furnace/A/C. He arrived within the scheduled window, quickly diagnosed the problem as a blocked evap drain hose, cleared the blockage, checked the condensate pump, cleaned up the water on my basement floor, inspected the outdoor unit, and even took the time to show me a better thermostat setting. He explained everything clearly and was professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the visit. My A/C is working properly again, and I really appreciated the quality of service he provided.
