“I called Maple Mechanical first thing this morning when our air conditioner stopped working late yesterday. Paul told me that he would be able to come by this morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs on the spot. Very fair price and great to work with. Would highly recommend. Used them previously for a humidifier installation and have been very satisfied.“

“I have a reliance membership and was calling for weeks trying to get an appointment moved up as I was aware there was an issue will AC/ furnace blower. Then this week found a huge puddle in my furnace room and AC stopped working. I have a newborn and it was plus 30 degrees. Called reliance and other company's to help in a timely fashion as it was so hot and even though I can cope with the heat my newborn was at risk. I kept getting the run around with customer service with reliance and others companies giving delays. However HVAC comfort answered the phone late in the evening 10pm after spending hours calling around desperate for help. The heat was not helping with my frustrations. Frantz was there within 30mins diagnosed the issue. Fully transparent, gave me all my options and did not pressure me. Made my family feel valued and was very affordable. Trusted his experience and guidance. Next day ordered and received what I needed then had the job done right away. I couldn't be happier and now my home is cool from the heatwaves. “I called on a Saturday and had the best tech come out and fix my AC. I was so happy because he was able to fix it for me right away. The other tech came out Sunday evening and took care of the issue with my furnace, which needed some parts replaced, including sensors, fans and new controls. Both were great and the job was done on the same day“
