“Stephen was a very pleasant, informative and thorough technician to deal with. I was very pleased to hear he used a vacuum cleaner when he serviced my furnace this morning. Past technicians have made sure my furnace was safe to operate but I can only remember one other making sure it was clean and he asked to use my wet/dry vac to do it. As long as you have Stephen available to do my furnace/AC maintenance I’ll be a customer of Shiptons.”

Thanks Mart. See you in the Spring.
Jim.”
“Perry was polite snd efficient installing our new air conditioner. He showed me his work and left the work areas in great condition. David diagnosed the issues with my previous unit and showed me exactly what was causing the issues, was very personable and presented the options and potential pros and cons.”
