Creature Comforts recently converted our old oil furnace and hot water tank system to an electric heat pump, and Grant, Chris and the rest of the team were amazing from beginning to end. They explained everything before the project began and worked with us to provide the best solutions. On the day of installation everything was coordinated beautifully, including oil tank removal and an electrical upgrade. The team were professional, courteous and completed the job expertly. Chris walked me through the new system afterwards and answered all my questions. We couldn't be happier with the results, and I would highly recommend Creature Comforts!
We had Chris, Joey and Blake install a new Bosch heat pump and furnace and couldn’t be happier. They were on time, polite, very tidy and after the installation showed and explained everything to us.
