I've had a great experience with Lancaster Heating & Cooling back in June. Nancy's knowledge and patience in addressing my concerns put my mind at ease. I needed to either replace the whole furnace or the 2 heat exchangers. It was a costly decision given the fact I'm a senior on a fixed income. To my surprise, the heat exchangers were still under warranty so it made sense to replace them as opposed to a complete furnace overhaul.
