Several years ago at my church Lancaster did a great job bringing our improperly installed new boiler system up to code. After that I hired them to replace my air conditioner at home. Excellent job on that. Today after 2 years with no maintenance at all it was leaking onto my basement floor, so I called them to service it. It was a common problem -- blockage by dirt and debris in the drainage pipe. Tech Jason came right away, unblocked the pipe, installed some new pipe, and now everything is good. $346 for service call, 1 hour labor, and $50 for PVC pipe, plus tax. I will use them in future and would recommend Lancaster to anyone.

This was our third time using Lancaster (different location), we needed to replace our Furnace, Air Conditioner and Hot Water Tank. Richard and team did a phenomenal job, very reliable, great customer service, honest and super knowledgeable! You can tell the care they put into the install with the way they run all the lines, my storage room looks like a work of art!
