Very prompt service (no heat situation and -20C). Provided options to resolve and fair pricing on the repairs and service (ultimately a new furnace was installed). The team, from initial call to the end of the work, were very professional. They were respectful of their work environment and kept the area clean. Most pleased with everything.
Coldest day of the year, wake up to to house being 15 degrees!!!! Called Dylan at Spurr and he made a priority service call. The furnace was properly diagnosed and repaired within two hours, including Dylan going to get the parts!!!!Absolutely fantastic service!!!
