Artisan was recommended by a colleague so I read reviews before deciding. Made the right decision. Reviews were accurate. Service and expertise was very good. I'm completely 100% satisfied with my purchase. Furnace works great and my questions were always answered in a timely manner.Was originally nervous about smaller company versus Enercare but Enercare made some false claims about their advantages over smaller companies like lowest price and unbeatable warranties. I highly recommend Khalil he was very prompt to come and fix our furnace which is over 15 years old he was very open about the issue, didnt try t upsale it.
