We've hired Kahleel several times - first in our rental, where he always did excellent work for less than I expected to pay - and now in our house, where he inspected our HVAC system after we took possession. Amazingly, his opinion on our old water heater - from 2006 - was that if it keeps working, wait until you need to replace it, and then do so (which is to say he didn't upsell us, and that's why we'll hire him to replace it when we need to).
