Chin's Heating & Cooling Co. Ltd has just helped to replace my old problematic AC with a new unit, and they did a fabulous 5-stars job.
In brief, we had experienced recurring AC issues (e.g. frozen tube, water dripping, poor cooling) with the old unit. After a thorough diagnostic by Chin's, the hidden root cause was identified - it was a flawed installation done by the previous home owner. Specifically, the interface between the AC and the furnace was not constructed correctly.

Mr. Chow and Candy have been wonderful to work with. Prompt and helpful with communication and very honest about the products they install. Mr. Chow also laid drop cloths throughout our home during install and were very tidy! Thank you so much for a positive experience!
