Metropolitan Heating & Air Conditioning

I'm a Palma Bros client but haven't used them in years, so when I called them, I was surprised to hear they were sold to Metropolitan. The lady that answered the call was very friendly and explained that they bought Palma. I asked if she could send a tech to check our non-functioning AC, and she said someone would drop by that same afternoon. My dad who met the tech said he was very friendly, quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad capacitor, checked the systems efficiency, and even checked our furnace. We are very happy with the repair, the cost for it, and the tech's thorough work. We will definitely use Metropolitan again.

Posted for my father, Wally:

Metropolitan, did an excellent job installing my new air conditioner.

Their installation team was friendly and kept me informed.

They arrived on the time they said they would.

They tested the new unit to insure it was functioning properly.

I Highly recommend them.

Satisfied customer !!!!

Very good workmanship, experienced crew of three. Worked fast efficiently and flawlessly. Very polite and friendly staff and salespeople. On contract price as agreeed, and even billed less with a small discount.
