I bought my Napolean Furnace & AC Unit from Metro H & AC in December 2019. I have them back for maintenance each winter. This year I was having an issue that I thought was with my Thermostat - but they were able to assess and correct a setting within the furnace - all as part of the annual maintenance - so, well worth it. I have recommended Metro to several friends and neighbours for various jobs (small to large) - and everyone who went with them comes back and says how happy they've been - cost & execution. Great value.

David W. was an exceptional tech who came to service the furnace, as winter maintenance, and even checked the flue level, which routinely does not get checkedm apparently.Service: HVAC system maintenance

I use Metropolitan for regular maintenance of my AC and Furnace, so when I noticed an issue with my AC, they were quick to respond. I ended up having to to replace my AC, and made the choice to replace my furnace as well, knowing I planned to purchase from them when I first discovered Metropolitan 8 years ago.
