Staff is friendly and accommodating, after a unfortunate incident they had to cancel our appointment, but they worked on Good Friday to help us out. Knowing our Maui needed his grooming. Thanks amazing !!

I had an exceptional experience at PrimElla, it was my first time there. Brittany did an amazing job on my 5 month old puppy.He looked gorgeous with his hair cut. Brittany you exceed my expectations.Thank you so much.We will be back.A big thank you from puppy and me.

Great please to get all your grooming needs. We followed Brittany from another location and very glad we did. They listened to your wants and needs, and we are always happy with the results. Our mini schnauzer love going there. Thanks Brittany.
