Manuela is great! Tracks and notes any tiny details we ask/like for our pooch. Been going for about 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences.Staff is always friendly too, which always helps!
I adopted a 10y/o Pomeranian who had not been handled much and would refuse to let me clip her nails or brush her. I brought her to Sheryll at Pawprints and came home with a beautiful clean happy dog. I’m not sure how she does it, but that woman is a miracle worker. Recommend Pawprints and Sheryll 1000%.
We inherited my father's dog "Boomer" after he passed from cancer, but he was in the Peterborough area, and we live in Ajax. I booked an appointment for Boomers 1st grooming session, and Tori did a very nice job on him. The price was fair for a medium-sized dog. The people there seem very nice. I would recommend this place for sure.
