“I first heard about Tangled Hair Studio in Pickering through a friend and, after being frustrated by the results that my kids and I got at so many other salons, I decided to try it out. I was very glad I did! I’ve had my hair cut by Christine and her brother Jimmy (and several other stylists there) many times and always walked away more than satisfied with the result. My son has had so many bad haircuts from other places (I won’t mention the names) and never got what he asked for. In fact, the last one I took him to before Tangled had him crying in the car on the way home. After that I convinced him to try Tangled and he saw Jimmy. Finally a haircut he was happy with! My daughter has had her hair coloured and styled at other salons with poor results as well. Tangled fixed the colour for her and sent her home with helpful tips on maintaining it. Yesterday she saw Christine to try bangs for a new look. She was nervous because she has really nice, long hair, but Christine did a beautiful job and my daughter is thrilled with her new look. If you are looking for a place where they listen to you and make sure you get exactly what you want, this is the place. Their attention to detail is second to none. We are always greeted at the door by Rachel with a smile and her warm, friendly personality. The salon is classy and comfortable with great music playing at a pleasant volume. I tell all my friends to give Tangled a try. I highly recommend them!“

“I sent my kid over there to get high lights, it was her fist time. She came home and didn’t really like how it turned out. Angie had told her to return if she was not happy which she did the next day. Angie re did her hair and it turned out the way she wanted. There was no extra charge which was much appreciated as my kid had to pay for the service herself. ‘This establishment cares about their customers . I may go there myself and get my hair done!“

“Seems like Billy is a relative of Brandon. Brandon was cutting my hair for a year before he needed time off. He was given time (so was thought that he would return). He did yet wasn't ready. Unreliable. Opening an hour late. Taking 2 hours while shop is closed. Customers wondering why is shop closed. Many opportunities. Just not a right fit. Conflict but shop has been healing. I still go and it's friendly and cost is good“
