“I've been working with Sean Power for 4 weeks and I'm convinced that the big man above hand picked him as a gift for us.Four days prior to my first session with him I had a pre-existing lower back injury flare up. The pain was so excruciating and debilitating that I couldn't walk or get out of bed. Sean put me on a program and after the third day, my pain went down from a 10 down to a 4. Four weeks in, I'm pain free and I'm back to training at 100%.I honestly can't recommend Sean/Apex enough.“
“I have been attending Med rehab since 2022 for various services, from physio to message therapy. They are one of the few places that offer physio for the TMJ(very rare) and definitely helped me through a shoulder injury. Shout out to Rochelle who has put me back together again with her knowledge, patience, and care. Also shout out to Catherine and the admin team for their personal touch in reaching out to make sure all is well and for always seeking ways to accommodate my schedule.“

“Had some long time issues with my shoulder that I left to get worse. When I finally decided it was time to fix the issue, I went to see Dr. Raymond Lee. He informed me it was a rotator cuff issue and over the course of a few sessions, he was able to drastically reduce the pain to virtually nothing. I no longer have issues working out my shoulders, whereas before, my left shoulder would be in immense amounts of pain by the end of my training session. Dr. Raymond Lee made my shoulder feel like new and I couldn't recommend him enough!“

“Altona Physio and Chiro is an excellent clinic. I have been to quite a few different locations in the past, but only this I have written a review for because they're THAT good. Every time I visit the clinic I am greeted with the friendliest staff headed by Gizelle at front desk. Hitesh has been the best physiotherapist I've had with treating my cubital tunnel + lateral epicondylitis. As a person who has had no success with several chiropractors, I can honestly say this place has made me a believer. Getting treatment from Dr. Han has given me an appreciation for Chiro and I am thankful for Dr. Han's patience, professionalism and expertise. I have visited many clinics for chronic problems as an aging athlete the last 16 years and the only regret I have is not finding this place sooner. 5 stars!!!!!“
