This place is wonderful. The receptionists and clinicians are kind, understanding, truly listen to you, and provide effective treatments. Frequently, they can see you on short notice. Dr. Kwong, in particular, is wonderful: knowledgeable, friendly, transparent in his communication (no medical edubabble) and seeks feedback about treatment. Highly recommended!!

Pickering Physiotherapy Institute is a great place to go.A few months ago, I was suffering from severe pain on the left side of my neck. I could even turn my head to check my blind spots when I was driving, so I installed some new mirrors on my car. It sounds like I digress, but I do not. This was how bad the neck pain and stiffness was. It was the result of a skiing accident suffered a few years backAfter an encounter with the very helpful receptionist, I was referred to Dr. Kwong, who supplemented his traditional physiotherapy methods with acupuncture. My experience has been great thus far. From the booking process, to check-in, and of course my massage, everyone has been pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. My RMT did an amazing job, she understood what was required and hit the nail on the head with working on my kinks and knots. I would definitely recommend this facility to others and will continue to have my services completed there.
