I first heard about Tangled Hair Studio in Pickering through a friend and, after being frustrated by the results that my kids and I got at so many other salons, I decided to try it out. I was very glad I did! I’ve had my hair cut by Christine and her brother Jimmy (and several other stylists there) many times and always walked away more than satisfied with the result. My son has had so many bad haircuts from other places (I won’t mention the names) and never got what he asked for. In fact, the last one I took him to before Tangled had him crying in the car on the way home. After that I convinced him to try Tangled and he saw Jimmy. Called Tangled to book an appointment for balayage and a trim. They asked me to come by for a consultation. I was 5 minutes away and they said I can just come in which was very convenient. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. I met with Simmy who was very sweet and made me feel comfortable right away.Coming in for my appointment, I was taken care of right away. Simmy is very professional and friendly, and made the time fly by with good conversation. She did an amazing job on the balayage. The prices here are great as well. I've been to Tangled a few times and each time I had a different person cut/colour my hair.I wanted to try something different with my style and Jade did an amazing job with cutting and styling.I am soo happy I found this place so close to home :)
