My stylist was Randa she was amazing!!! Did a consult before cutting and talked about all the options we have with my hair. She gave me so many styling tips and new products to try with my curl type. I 100000% recommend Randa she was so sweet and personable I will be booking with her indefinitely in the future!! 15/10 experience. The only thing I would tweak is, being a little more upfront about the costs. Randa had said she was going to do a clarifying shampoo but didn’t tell me it was $8 extra and I was charged an additional $40 for density but when I went to the Vaughan location a little over a year ago they didn’t charge me that. Carolina is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable—absolutely wonderful!
I brought my daughter in to help maintain and care for her hair, and Carolina was able to revive it while also providing helpful guidance on how to properly manage and care for it. She was gentle, honest, and truly talented at what she does.
Their prices are a little higher, but the quality, care, and expertise are definitely worth it!
