Called in the morning as we had no heat. The service person arrived by 12:30 as arranged and within less than an hour, issue resolved and heat was back on. Exceptional service and very quick response time which I appreciated!

They were awesome. Shopped extensively for a new furnace as well as all new ducting(we had zero heating) for our cottage located in the crawlspace. Not only were they willing to take on the job they also didnt mind giving me a reasonable price to do so. They addressed all my concerns and were willing to educate me on what I needed. They coordinated with enbridge for the new line hookup so I didnt have to worry about anything. Gord also assured me that if I found I wasnt getting enough heat distribution he would come back until it is right. All the workers were professional and kept things clean. Highly recommend.
