I found this company based on google review. I have to say i am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. There were sparks in my breaker box when i turned on my AC. Elliot the technician came and inspected and explained exactly what was happening. I have to say Elliot is very knowledgeable and he has such a friendly personality it was very easy communicating with him .The company made every effort to make sure I had my AC working temporarily until I get my box upgraded which is a month from now . I would definitely use this company again as they are honest and reliable.
As always, Captain Electric came to my rescue almost immediately after contacting them about a problem that occured with a couple of sockets not working. Eliot was so professional and polite and showed me how the wiring was at the brink of causing a really bad situation. He explained everything he was doing and replaced the damaged socket right away. I highly recommend contacting this company for any electricity issues you may have, or think you have. Better to be safe than sorry!
