“I had a leak and it wasn’t easy to tell where it was coming from. Chris Smith came out and dealt with the rigid foam insulation in my garage to access the issue as I wanted to be 100% sure of exactly where the leak was coming from. The rigid insulation is a pain but he carefully removed it to clearly show where the leak was. This was important to me. He found the source of the leak and took the time to show me where it was coming from, why it was happening and the steps he was taking to fix it. Super personable guy. Clearly knows his stuff. And cleaned up all the foam insulation that had to get cut out…you’d never know he was there. Would highly recommend this company and this plumber to anyone!!!!!“

“Called Steadfast after 5 other gas companies didn't even return my call (?!). We just wanted to have a gas line run for our BBQ at our new home. We were on a tight timeline because our basement was in the process of being finished and the ceiling was going up in a few days (making the gas work more complicated if not done first). They sent out a technician the same day to quote. The earliest appointment for installation was the following week which would have impacted our drywalling timelines.
